Rules and regulations

of Rexan International Airport Hotels

We would like to welcome and thank you dear guests for choosing one of the best and luxurious hotels of Iran for your stay. It is a great honor for us to host you. Here are the most important rules and regulations of Rexan International Hotels and online reservations.

Reservation rules

  • The check-in time is 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. If the guests wish to check in from 7:00 a.m. to 2 p.m., they will be charged 50% of the cost of one night; if they wish to check in before 7 a.m., they will be charged the full cost of one night.
  • The check-out time is 12:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If the guests extend their stay from 12:00 to 18:00, they will be charged 50% of the cost of one night.
  • The guests must specify the exact date of reservation, and stays of more than 10 nights require the hotel's approval and coordination. It should be noted that changing the date incurs cancellation charges.
  • The reservation is finalized only when the full fee for the requested number of nights is paid and the tracking ID is obtained from the reservation website. It should be emphasized that obtaining the tracking ID from the system is required for the confirmation of reservations. When the payment process is completed, the guest will be given this code.
  • The rates shown on the website at the time of reservation will serve as the basis for the system's pricing criteria; the rates may vary in different periods and days.
  • As per the official approval of the Iran Hotel Association, the announced rates encompass the basic room price, breakfast, 15% service charge, 9% tax, and legal fees.
  • Additional expenses, such as a half-day charge for early check-in or late check-out, meals, and extension of stay, will be settled in cash (Rials, Dollars, and Euros) under the hotel's current tariffs.
  • Payment through credit cards, such as VISA Card and MasterCard, is not currently possible.
  • The hotel guests cannot hand over a room to a third person. Only the person whose name is registered on the reservation system can use the room.
  • It is mandatory to be at least 18 years old to be eligible for a room. The reservation will be canceled with no reimbursement if the reservation is made by someone younger.
  • The hotel rooms can accommodate up to three adults, including an extra bed.
  • The guests shall accept all the reservation rules and regulations of the hotel.
  • The guests shall fully read and accept the cancellation rules.
  • The hotel will not be liable for any reimbursement if the guests disregard the guidelines listed on the reservation website.
  • Other rules and regulations follow the hotel reservation laws established by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts and other relevant authorities.
  • Other online reservation rules are under the Islamic Republic of Iran's e-commerce law.
  • Note: Those who disrupt or tamper with the reservation system in any manner, for example, by making numerous temporary reservations or making phone calls, shall be introduced to the Iranian Cyber Police (FATA) and relevant judicial authorities to be prosecuted under Iran’s Electronic Commerce Law.

Rules and regulations

Cancellation rules

  • To cancel a reservation, the guests shall send a cancellation request via the same email address registered on the reservation system.
  • The guests shall be charged no fee for canceling reservations up to 72 hours before their arrival.
  • The guests shall be charged 15%, 30%, and 50% of the price of one night of reserved rooms for canceling reservations 48 hours before arrival, 24 hours before arrival, and on the day of arrival, respectively.
  • The full payment, which is equal to one night depending on the number and type of rooms reserved, shall be reimbursed if the reservation is not canceled and the guests do not check into the rooms.
  • Reducing the number of reserved rooms is also subject to the above-mentioned cancellation rules and fees.

Rules and regulations

Internal rules

  • Iran guests shall present the following identity documents for check-in: birth certificate, passport, or national card. Organizational identification cards, driver's license, military service completion card, etc. are not acceptable.
  • Non-Iranian guests shall present their original passport (valid and non-expired) with a visa and entry stamp for check-in.
  • For Iranian couples to check in, one of the spouses shall present his/her birth certificate, while the other spouse only needs to present his/her national card or passport.
  • Only the promissory notes sealed by judicial authorities are acceptable for Iranian couples to check in. Notarized promissory notes are not accepted.
  • In case of presenting a promissory note, Iranian couples shall have their birth certificate with details of the divorce or death of their ex-spouse on the second page. Otherwise, they can check in only with an official permit from the wife’s father mentioned in the promissory note. The husband does not need to present a birth certificate; his national card or passport is also acceptable.
  • According to the hotel's internal rules, the guests cannot check in and will not be reimbursed if their identity documents are not authentic and/or are defective.
  • For the welfare and comfort of the hotel's esteemed guests, amenities such as the sports club are available for free to those who are at least 15 years old.
  • Meetings cannot be held in rooms or suites; you need to arrange with the hotel's sales and marketing unit if you would like to hold meetings in your accommodations.
  • All guests are expected to follow Islamic norms as well as the hotel’s internal rules.
  • If guests cause damage to the hotel's property, they will be charged an additional fee as determined by hotel officials.
